FUNCTION: Strengthens the muscles of the lower part of the body.
USE: Starting from a two-legged position, take impulse and jump over the first of the hurdles. Absorb the landing by flexing lightly your ankles, knees and hips, benefitting the energy of the landing in order to realise subsequent jumps.
