Outdoor training element made of structure of zinc-plated steel with double layer of powder-coating oven-cured. Central post of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Movable parts of steel tube Ø42x2,5mm. Equipped inside with elastic stoppers to delimit the movement’s amplitude.

FUNCTION: Exercises which strengthen the gluteal and leg muscles (gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves) and improve the legs’ mobility.
USE: Sit down on the seat with the back supported by the backrest and place your feet on the footrests. Press with the legs against the footrests in order to lift the seat until almost complete extension of the legs. Subsequently flex your legs to go back down. Realise the extension and flexion of the legs successively and slowly in order to work always against resistance. Realise various repetitions.
