Outdoor training element with two surfer training stations made of structure of zinc-plated steel with double layer of powder-coating oven-cured. Central post of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Movable parts of round tube Ø60x2,75mm. Equipped inside with elastic stoppers to delimit the movement’s amplitude.
Element for concrete installation according to EN16630. Perfect for urban gyms at public parks.
FUNCTION: Strengthens the abdominal oblique muscles. Improves the balance, the mobility of torso and hip and the cardiorespiratory endurance.
USE: Take the bars with both hands and rise on the footboard. Hold with both hands on the handles and take care to keep a balanced position. With the feet together, realise an oscillating movement alternating to the left and to the right side. Realise several series of some minutes.
